Situated in the old shipyard slipway, the park was built by Bryggeriet, Stefan Hauser and his company Placed To Ride. The skate park is situated a few kilometres south of the city centre in a district called Hyllie (pronounced Hillyeh). Formerly on Malmö’s outer fringes, it has undergone rapid regeneration in the last few years. Skate Malmö 2020 will be conducted in accordance with the ISU Constitution and General Regulations 2018, the ISU Special Regulations and Technical Rules for Single & Pair Skating 2018 and the relevant ISU Communications. Skaters from all figure skating clubs and national figure skating federations associated with the ISU are invited to 14th-18th August 2019.
